The engine was initially ordered on February 18th. Subsequently, due to credit card company issues, a reorder was necessary after obtaining a credit. On March 2nd, I was informed that the engine was still undergoing inspection. Following this, I received notification that it would be shipped the following week. Went to this branch to consider buying a diesel for my truck. The pretty blonde manager was there from a Houston branch. She have me great information and was very knowledgeable of the products Jasper Engines sale. When I’m ready to purchase this, I will definitely be going through Jasper engines. Thanks Brad
Terrible service terrible reps terrible attitude. Just all around sucks.
This warehouse location is a good place to pickup a remanufactured engine or transmission in the OKC area. It's also good for people within maybe 150 miles, because the drive is worth it over shipping. Good warranty, friendly people, and low traffic in the area to make it a quick in and out trip for your convenience.
Paid my service provider $18,000 to install a new 6.7 powerstroke in my f550 service truck. $11,000 of which was for the reman engine from shitty ole jasper. This engine lasted 3800 miles after initial break in oil change at 500 miles doing basic highway driving. Heard rumors that jasper had lost quality but this confirms it. Truck will be down another 3 weeks. 3 weeks of lost wages. 3 weeks of waiting. 3 weeks of no work. Thanks jasper for your garbage. Pretty pathetic when the original made it 235,000.
