I found this place through Facebook marketplace. I placed an order for a manual transmission and after paying for it, I got confirmation of an automatic. Then they said they would fix order. Waited forever, then receptionist told me the transmission did not pass inspection. I wanted to cancel and they argued with me about a $400 holding fee and a $340 booking fee. They would not let me talk to a manager and then started to refuse my calls. I reported it to my NFCU and they are under investigation.
Their engines are junk we replaced my wife's 3.6 pentastar in her jeep 1.5 years ago and every one they put in was junk. We are on her 5th engine and they will not warranty it
My experience with this business was negative in that their driver was blocking the passing lane for miles and miles and miles on I35, causing a huge backup behind him that he was either completely oblivious to or just did not care. Please make sure your drivers are familiar with traffic laws.
