We’ve been partnering with Jasper Engines & Transmissions in Orlando for over 20 years, and their service has always been outstanding. Local reps are very helpful and units are delivered quickly. Their team consistently provides top-notch customer support, and if we ever run into any issues, they resolve them quickly and with the highest level of professionalism. Their commitment to quality and reliability makes them a trusted partner in our business, and we truly appreciate their dedication.
I cringe to sell one of these products because of the lack of quality in these rebuild units. I have so many comebacks from Jasper that are manufacturing problems from them and they will not accept that they have a problem. They have changed their suppliers and are using inferior products like doorman on their computer parts I have firsthand experience on this a transmission module on a Ford truck after installing went bad and we took it out and it was a Dorman unit. 2011 GX 460 18000 Miles failure. Please rethink the 3 year 100k warranty because it does not exist. If you have an issue, you will pay for the repairs. They will not repair but send vehicle out to incur cost on your behalf looking for problems to disqualify warranty then take months to send parts or repair. Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen on the phone. Wish i coukd give zero stars. Don't do it....
