Idk what these posts are saying but they have improved since. I like my counselor and my physiatrist
The place is a Joke, they don't show any real concern or care about the actual issues you are explaining to them. The Guy I saw showed no concern and when I looked up the medication he gave me, it was for something completely opposite. Not to mention only sits and talks with you about 10minutes.. A few of the staff r nice, but I've never heard good things about this place from ANYONE!
I make multiple appointments each week and they call an hour before to cancel. I haven’t been able to get help for a month now
I love it there. They helped me in my crisis when I was at my lowest. Never have to wait. Always caring and supportive. Also if you have a mentally handicapped son, you don't call him retarded. Sorry had to throw that in there from the comment I saw on this.
I have a mentally retarded son who has been experiencing violent behaviors and self abuse and abuse to others. I called to talk to a nurse and was transferred to 3 offices before I got talk to one. This began in August and the nurse i spoke with scheduled an emergency appt. 24 hours before the emergency appt they called and rescheduled him until September 18th knowing this was an emergency appt.
