Great Job! Customer service was great and roof was done in one day. No hassel with insurance because they took care of it all for me. What an excellent job on my roof! I love it! I would give an A for their service. I highly recommend Jasper to anyone who needs a roofing job done but don t have time to deal with the insurance people. I had many questions because I was first-time homebuyer and didn t know anything about filing claims. Manager was very nice and explained well in a good manner. Thank you Jasper!

This is the second roof I received from Jasper. They are very professional and I am extremely pleased with the results. The work was completed in one day and clean up was great. I was also pleased with their manners.

They handeled every thing with my insurance for me.The quality of the new roof is much better than what I had before.The were prompt and the job was completed in one day.The cleanup was very good,I give them very high marks.

Horrible service - needs to be a zero star rating. Jasper did NOT have a foreman for my job - different guys came and went every hour or so throughout the entire day! Jasper roofers put down the new felt paper and a rain storm came through which ended up pouring right into our bedroom and all over our bed (as NO Jasper foreman was on site at the time!)! Jasper roofers ran out of singles at 6pm after they started at 8am that morning- by the time they got a second delivery, they finished at 8:30pm (pitch black darkness outside... read more
