I have had nothing but problems after they installed our roof. I have three roof leaks that I had to repair myself. I found nails in the middle of the shingles where they purposely put a nail on top outside of shingle to make it leak. Do not hire this company, terrible.

Cracked my interior sheet rock dropping pallets of shingles. Not 1 of the crew spoke or understood English. Horrible service after you buy. Still dealing with roof leaks. BEWARE!!!

BEWARE!!!! Dont do it These guys will act extremly nice and caring, and then once paid it goes down hill from there. I spent almost 10000 on a brand new roof and have had nothing but problems. It leaked and they sent somebody out to bandaid it and now Im barely out of their measley 2year warranty (2 yrs 5mo) and my garage is leaking and in need of roof repair. I am very pleased with my new roof, and with not having to wait days for it to be done. All the debris was cleaned up so well, that you would not have believed the roof had been changed that same day! The fact that Jasper sends the Ins. check themselves via Fed. Ex. saved me time and money. My neighbors who used Jasper were very pleased as well.
