Just called customer support. The labor warranty is 2 yrs. Shingles are Owen's Corning, they have a 30 yr. warranty so I'll try to contact them. Hope this helps a little. Jasper is no longer in my area.
My roof is only four years old and I have a leak, I have called them and they have not returned my call. I called them again this morning and I am waiting for a return call. I will keep this site updated as to what happens. I can't believe my brand new roof is leaking. Interior damage is occurring.
