When your getting surgery the first person you deal with is at the front desk. It's not very confidence inspiring when the person working at the desk hates her job because she wasn't helpful or kind. Either it was the same person confirming my appointment the night before or two people there hate their jobs,I had to call to confirm because I thought they were closing for the evening wasn't very pleasant either. I'll leave it at that. Maybe it's a wonderful place, but no way in Hell will I ever walk through those doors again
My breast surgeon, Dr. Schneider uses the Jasper ambulatory surgical center. I had a surgical procedure at this facility. I was completely satisfied with my experience there from the minute I walked in. The staff was professional, supportive, helpful, and friendly. The facility is comfortable and relaxing. Preparation and my procedure started exactly when scheduled. The staff was courteous and kept my family updated & informed.
