Great company!! Quick support. Friendly informative staff. Water softener and water filtration system is the best!
We had a very old Jason's system which started to cause problems. They dispatched a service representative from far away to service us and he spend several hours here to ensure the system was running perfectly before he left. Jason's furthermore offered to cover the costs of the parts, which just underscore their commitment to quality and excellent customer service. Thank you Jason's !

Do not go with this company. jason insisted on coming to my house to give some over the top “presentation” and wouldn’t give me a cost over the phone...that’s because he is twice the money as his competitors. He rambled trash about his competitors and proceeded to compare them to some made-up “code”. Will never buy from them again. SCAM ARTIST! Now they keep bugging me to pay them to service my softener.
I had this system for 6 months now. I’m very happy with it and the service I get. At anytime I can call and get answers to questions or schedule a service. I haven’t had to use that feature yet but it’s nice to know it’s available! Out of all the system out there I choose Jason’s because of the warranty and the fact it’s a locally owned family business. I believe for the price you can’t get a better system for your home.
My husband and I financed a water softener through them and the person they sent to install the system did a horrible job. It was installed wrong and flooded our house. That was 3 months ago and we have yet to get them to take care of the damages. They sent a plumber to repair the damages but Jason’s Water never paid the bill so the plumber put a lien on our home. They will not return our calls and keep trying to stall us with texts promising to send an insurance adjuster to the house. Now we have to go to court to get them ... read more
All I can say is this company is the BEST! The owner Mr. Cody answered my call and knew what was needed. He had Chris and Eric the techs come to my him and repair my water Softener at a reasonable price. The company where we bought the equipment CENTURY WATER SOLUTIONS ARE HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE...JUST HORRIBLE! BUT Jason's water solutions definitely RESOLVED OUR PROBLEM. They repair various water softener equipment. I thank Jesus Christ for leading me to them. Mr. Cody thank u sir. Technicians continue to do a WONDERFUL JOB.
