I've been fighting with this company for 3+ years to remediate a tank installation they did. They agreed multiple times that they would come out and fix it, yet I have received a mountain of excuses why they have not. I sued them and was awarded a $6,750 summary judgement plus $1,750 in attorney fees. They even gave us a check of what they owed and it bounced. Very disappointed in the customer service. Had prior history with them with no problems, but last week they kept “scheduling” me and not showing up. My wife took a half day from work, because they said they would be there after 12. Still waiting for them to show up or give me a call. Called the office and got a run around about checking for me, still waiting for that call back as well.
Worst service ever! Unfortunately, one of its main employee, Brittnie is very unprofessional , makes promises and doesn’t deliver. Very unprofessional, lack of understanding as to how to run a business and provide good service. Customer service is nonexistent.

Avoid this company at all cost. They over promise and under deliver. Held me hostage for 6 months with my deposit. Still fighting them to return my money. They are very nice at first but if they get bigger jobs they drop you like a wet towel. No customer service. Family run business with no phone or customer service ethics. I am surprise how they are still in business. Please check Yelp for reviews. I will file a complaint with the BBB soon.
