Tried calling several times to have him complete the job he did at my sisters and he does not respond, instead he left a huge tarp full of trash and never came back, I will be contacting the BBB as well.
They came out to quote cleaning up my backyard. Quoted me $250. They didn’t pull all the weeds, they didn’t come when they said they were coming. The Jason guy said his truck broke down, he would be back, he used a tarp in my yard to put the weeds in. All they did was pile up weeds and debri and left. If I were home he would not have been paid at all. I will be requesting a full refund. Anytime I contact him he doesn’t respond. Jason was not dependable or reliable, claimed to have truck and trailer, didn’t, quoted price and wanted to increase it after job, was suppose to come back, left equipment, never showed up, would ask for my money back and not recommend him under any circumstance
