After laying in bed for over 2 years from a spine injury,I became very depressed.My frontal skin had fallen and I had flab everywhere.So I decided to join Jason's Fitness.After only 2 days of working out,I noticed my abs are tighter and the cellulite on my legs and glutes have almost completely vanished. Jason's fitness is hands down the best gym in mobile. It just feels like home. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgable. Always willing to give a helping hand, or advice. The facility is always spotless. 24 hour access is very convenient with my hectic work schedule. Never very busy. My home away from home.
