I used to really like this place. However, the past few months have been awful. For example, I ordered an online order for pickup through their app. When I got to the drive thru, I said the name for the order and they told me to pull around. When I got to the window, one of the workers, I think her name is Elizabeth or something, informed me they were not accepting online orders yet and they haven’t started on them. Used to come here all the time, now we don’t because they ALWAYS mess up our order. Every time Lisbeth (Elizabeth/Lizbeth) has to do something for a guest, she acts it’s the biggest inconvenience in the world. Definitely not a people person and belongs in a department outside of guest interaction. Manager offered to reheat my food that wasn’t messed up after it had already left the building (that’s not sanitary). Issue got resolved though, but never coming back to this location again.
Wow first time here. So Great. Great customer service too. Ed was top notch too. I just moved here, off Redbird ln. I had to drive here for a Salad and their Strawberry shortcake. So clean and Everyone was so Nice. Will return.
