To the Management Team, I am writing to highly commend your restaurant for an exceptional dining experience we had on 12/05/2025 Friday . Everything was truly top-tier , the ambiance was warm and inviting, the food was expertly prepared was a highlight! I Give Up. They just can't get it right. Hot Pastrami & Swiss on rye. Pastrami & Bread Warm, but not toasted. 1st they bring it with cold bread. I ask them to please warm it, but NOT toast it. They bring it back toasted. Every. Time. This is not hard. I frequented Corky & Lenny's in Cleveland & Carnegie Deli in NY (only in Vegas now). Never a problem. After I replied to your Mgr "No, my sandwich was not good", he asked how can it be warm & not toasted? Really?
We had a problem with our order but the staff was apologetic and fixed the problem when we returned. It was so nice to receive a sincere apology and a free cookie! A lot of places can mess up an order and not acknowledge a mistake. Thanks Jason’s. The staff here is warm, gracious, and welcoming!
