Delicious fresh food and a great place to eat.
Extremely long wait to receive our food. It took an hour! They have a continuous line of people asking for their order. Several asked for a refund and walked out. I do not recommend dining here on Sunday afternoons. We prefer going to the one located off of Windward Plaza for sure.
This location is so understaffed. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and then when it did finally come out it was wrong. We will start coming somewhere else.
Visited Jason’s today. They were so understaffed. Customers standing in line waiting on their order. We waited for more than 30 minutes for our food and it never came up. We got a refund and left. I’ve never had that kind of poor service there before. They need to step it up!!!!!! I do have to say there were trying .
