Hot sandwich cold. My favorite drink out of order. Girl refilling the salad bar used the same thermometer to test the fixings and didn't clean it in between items. Gross!
Dirty restaurant and bathroom. And when I complained about my baked potato skin being way over cooked, I was ridiculed for eating potato skins. We’ll never eat at this location again!
Wonderful food and they were short handed but still smiling!
The Jason’s on L Street allow customers to return to the salad bar with dirty plates for refills on their salad. I love Jason’s on Dodge Street, but that is unacceptable. I told someone at the salad bar to get a clean plate and she refused. And staff didn’t do anything.
I've been to some popular barbecue and meat restaurants in Omaha and Jason's Deli on 123rd has the most juiciest flavorful brisket I've had in years no sauce or barbecue just brisket with some bread and it was amazing. I'll be visiting more frequently than I have been.

At least 15 tables in the restaurant with dirty plates and half eaten food for the duration of our meal. Unpleasant and really cut down on available seating.
Please bring back the French onion soup.
Employees need a crash course in basic etiquette skills and customer service. Place not as clean as Dodge Location and 72 nd. That location gets 4 stars.
