Our downstairs unit wasn't cooling properly which is miserable in this Texas heat. I found Jason's Air-Tex Services through a Facebook post and called them immediately. Within a few minutes, I had a technician scheduled to come out the next day. They communicated every step of the way with a phone call and text to let me know when the tech would arrive. We recently had our AC go out in the middle of August, so the house got hot and humid quickly. Jason’s Air Tex sent someone out on a Saturday afternoon to help us. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were very upfront about cost and the amount of time it would take to repair. Michael (our tech) was very trustworthy and respectful of our house. The technicians at Jason Air Tex exceeded my expectations. They are very honest and hard working. I had a refrigerant leak and they found the problem very quickly. The AC unit was under warranty so they got the part from the manufacturer and swapped out the condenser coil. Now the AC runs so much better than before! Would highly recommend their AC repair without a question.
Dirk and Braydon were awesome and took the time to do the job right and went the extra mile - were here super quickly when it went out - appreciate them!
