This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a home service provider. John and Chris were outstanding. They diagnosed my initial issues and educated me on several components of my system. From they time they knocked on my door (exactly on time) they were nothing but courteous and professional. They provided a list of options to fix everything from my basic issue all the way to some really neat upgrades I wouldn’t have even known were available. There was just information and options but no pressure to buy.
I highly recommend Jason Wright Electric. From the office staff who schedule the work to the electrician John, I had excellent service. I originally hired them to install a motion light on my deck and check some outlets. While doing a safety check, John found that my circuit box was one that has been found to catch on fire. (GTE-Sylvania/ Zinsco). He told me to google this circuit breaker and the danger is well documented. I now have a new, safe circuit box. John and Christopher were punctual, very polite, and hard workers.
These guys are terrific. We have (literally) had them totally upgrade our electric service over the past 10 years. Every single electrician we have worked with (Nathan, Jason W, John and Jason P) are true professionals. So wonderful to have this level of excellent service. Thanks much !
Nicole from the office was most helpful and friendly while assisting me with assessing what this company could do with new lights fixtures needing to be installed on vaulted, pitched ceilings. John and Chris arrived as scheduled, were patient with me as I explained what I hoped to have accomplished, were knowledgeable regarding issues that came to light as we discussed one of the more complicated projects. I appreciate their courteous demeanor and quick and clean work.
We just had the pleasure of John coming in to do some work for us. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very personable. He made sure to clean everything up and did a great job! Will definitely call them again!
