Today I had an appointment for KU Ultrasound schedule for 09:45 May 17, 2024, arrived early and then was told that my appointment was for 09:00 that I miss my appointment, I have the appointment card with the dates, there was no notification on their part on the change. Dr. Wolf don't control the section where ultrasound is schedule, but the lack of notification on the time change is not acceptable, so I will no longer go the facility and will request another urologist, this is the second time that have happened.
Dr. Wolf is sensitive, informative, and very professional. HIGHLY recommend.
