Ylonda was a spectacular help in my family’s finding of our new home. She helped us at every turn, through every step and made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. And the one weekend she was out of town, Jason stepped in seamlessly to help. Could not recommend them more.
Ylonda was absolutely incredible! My wife and I do not have much experience as home owners and she walked us through the process, helped us negotiate a price we were very happy with, and continued to help us work with the home sellers after a water leak was discovered a few days before our planned closing date. I couldn't recommend her more!
Ylonda Hays has been an invaluable resource on the Treasure Valley real estate market — always informed, always responsive, and genuinely invested in her clients. She is my trusted resource for real estate. Highly recommend!
Ylonda Hays helped us in the process of purchasing a new home and selling our starter home. When we started the process, we were nervous about buying prior to selling and so we looked for an experienced agent who had familiarity with that specific process and knew the market in Idaho and the Treasure Valley well. Ylonda was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad we took that recommendation! Ylonda is so kind and wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.... read more
