We had a septic system emergency on a Sunday afternoon, and Jason came out within a half hour of calling his emergency number. Every indication pointed to a mechanical failure, yet he took the time to research things further before we spent a couple of grand on a new pump. His guys came out within a day, troubleshot, and found a hidden short in the wire loom.
