They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered.
