Veronica is excellent but we have had nothing but headaches with this office and their policies for months. No other family member can join in the consult. They have no reason for this except for someone else trying to get drugs. So unfortunate And it also took months for them to get my records - not bc of my last office but bc their multiple offices cannot get it straight and send records to the right place. I was very disappointed at my appt. with this Dr. He seemed to be in a hurry, did not take the time to listen to my explaining my issues, was very short with me. Gave me a script for a certain medication and when i called his office to say it was too much and I couldn't take it as it was too strong, i was told to take it only twice a day instead of three. He did not understand that I couldnt take ANY at the strength he prescribed. When I walked out of his office he rushed out to his car right after me. I guess that explains ... read more
This individual should not have a medical license. He does not know the difference between a pain management doctor and an emergency room physician. He is arrogant and rude. He is accusatory and is visibly frustrated when proven wrong. Absolutely knows nothing about treating chronic illness. The cruelest most self-centered doctor I have ever met. I am legally blind and use a walker for mobility and he behaved as if I were stupid for asking for directions to the exit. Terrible excuse for a doctor!
This dr is one of the worst I have ever gone to, he is rude and dismissive. I believe he intentionally gave me a shot in my knee joint and didn’t numb the area, and he’s supposed to be a pain management Dr. He is terrible find someone else
Dr. Wei was attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
