If you have a chance to rent from Jason, DONT do it. I don’t have a single nice thing to say about my experience with renting from him. I paid to break my lease early for personal reasons. Paid $500 for that and I wasn’t supposed to move out until May 1st. I accommodated him and moved out early on April 20th due to his renter wanting to move in earlier. DO NOT RENT from Jason. You will regret it.
I would not recommend renting from this company. They are a total rip off and don't return your security deposit. Kept all of my security deposit after I left the place in better shape than when I moved in. No stars..
Jason is a great person to work with. He looks out for you and knows what's best to help with the sale. I would recommend Jason to anyone who's looking to buy or sell! Great service!
