Has rescheduled appointment for my mother 4x in a row and does not provide reason. Considering she was told she needed surgery, unprofessional.

I’ve known Dr. Turner for 6 years now. He removed my wife’s gallbladder, and has taken care of me most recently to solve some abdominal issues I was having. Great personality. Very skilled surgeon. I trust him with my family.
