We are incredibly lucky to have Dr Smith in Northwest Arkansas. Not only is he the absolute BEST in this industry, but he has the biggest heart! He is truly GIFTED and should be traveling the world consulting dental schools on his proven theories and treatment approaches. Calling him a “dentist” seems disrespectful because I’ve had 11 dentists in my life and this man is way beyond that! RUN to get on his schedule before he’s too booked to accept new patients!

Appointment after appointment I continue to be impressed and absolutely love Dr. Smith, Kelsey and Emily. They are favorites of mine, my husband and both adult daughters. They are the best and can’t go anywhere as long as we need dental care!😁 Another review: Jan. 2026, after 10 years my crown broke. Cassie, in front office was great. I’m sure the snow caused a scheduling nightmare but she found a timely appt to help me. Brianna was great and worked flawlessly with Dr. Smith to fit a temp crown until permanent one is made. ... read more

Everyone from the office staff, to Dr. Smith himself are absolutely amazing. I have seen a few different dentists over the years. A lot of my teeth need new work after already having work done prior by other offices. What seperates Dr. Smith from others is the time he takes to teach and explain your treatment. Each time I have seen him he has made me feel better about my smile. I know I still have a long road to go until everything is fixed, but I definitely trust him with all of it.
