I went to this office for dental cleaning and to order an additional night guard (I use my guard every night and I always try to have a replacement device, in case I lose one when I travel). Dr. Smith told me that there was a better option for my teeth but I did not realize, till after I paid $400 in consultation fees, that he was trying to "sell" an extremely expensive cosmetic procedure (veneers) which unfortunately I can not afford. Great experience here! Front desk is very helpful and kind. The hygienist was very nice, fast and experienced. The Dentist explains everything fully and is very nice. He is not the type of Dentist to push unnecessary treatment at all! I have anxiety and felt really comfortable here.
Dr Smith is the most caring Dentist you will ever have. His chair side manners and just the way he listens and understands makes him above the rest Great staff and team also!
This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The staff were so incredibly nice and the quality of care was top tier. Mt hygienist Emily was also extremely quick and I appreciated what a great job she did. Jason also spent extra time to show me my scans, walk me through things I didn’t know and provide extra commentary when most medical professionals briefly go over things and move onto their next patient. I would 100% recommend coming here. Great care, great team and great environment
