Dr Shannon was very detailed when talking to you. The problem is the follow through. Was suppose to send referral to Ochsner, but they could not find referral. It is near impossible to get any help from his office. Has an answering service so getting any reply doesn’t work. So disappointed and frustrated with trying to get help.
