Charged me for insurance a week after I told them to cancel it. Put my bank account into the negatives and has not returned my money yet another week after their mistake. Instead sent me more insurance coverage benefits packets and even more insurance cards for a car I don't drive anymore. Absolutely RUINED my finals and my graduation celebration leaving me with negative money in my bank account to do anything with. Would not return here, would not recommend to friends.
