Dr Jason Key is efficient, knowledgeable, and professional, unlike certain members of his staff. Phone calls from existing patients attempting to book appointments are rarely returned. The outgoing message states that someone from the office will return your call within 48 hours. I left a detailed message informing them that I completed the MRI that Dr. Keys ordered (The MRI was conducted 6 working days before making my call to the office for follow-up). Dr Key has been treating my mom and now myself. He is an excellent doctor who explains everything in detail and has a very nice staff whom shows care and compassion.
Dr Jason Key is efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend him for sure!
Very disappointed with this medical office. As per their voicemail it says will call the patient back to schedule you for an appointment within 48 hrs. I left my message last Monday and called Tuesday left another message...tell me why its Saturday and no one has bothered to call to schedule me as of yet to see the doctor. Don't bother on returning my calls....went elsewhere who provided immediate response.
