They did not pay attention to the address we gave over the phone and went to our old location. When I called to see where the driver was- they couldn’t contact them- thanks for ruining our lunch Jason Deli.
Not sure how thing are done for delivery but it is the worst. Twice we have had issues with it being late. Now we were told the order went to the wrong address. Why give an option to type in an address if you’re going to ignore it? Now here we are with no lunch 45 mins past our delivery time. Thought the second time would be better guess not. It would have been nice to be told this when I called to make sure the food was on its way 10 mins after our delivery time. But nope all I was given was a rude “they’re on their way” af... read more
