I fell and dislocated my shoulder a few weeks ago. Dr. Bell met me in the ER. He was professional, and offered outstanding advice and service. He has a great bedside manner, and is a conscientious physician.
The Dr bell is a great pocket surgen I have a meniscus tear done by him about 8 month's ago and I'm still not heal right and now in the er they are talking to him and I'm a fake and this and that so don't care for him
