My appointment with Dr. Ross was somewhat off-putting. On Borland Groover’s website, the picture of Dr. Jason Ross shows a young man, clean-shaven, with dark brown hair. The man I met had Snow White hair and a matching white beard!? How old is your website, because it’s very misleading? Dr. Ross seemed to be in a hurry and I felt very rushed.
