Their follow through is horrible! No one bothered to call me back regarding test results. I called and talked to the receptionist, she said she’d talk to the doctor and get back to me. It’s been over a week since I had the test, nothing, no call, no message!
everyone here is professional and friendly. I had a positive experience and would recommend this place to everyone. my robotic surgery was quick and clean with no complications and 50ml blood loss. Dr Riley is very experienced with over 2000 surgeries to date (Feb 2024) and we are lucky to have a surgeon of his caliber here in Cumberland.
He was wonderful to my mother, but now she’s got to go back because somethings wrong
Dr Riley saved my life. He used robotic surgery. He is the one to bring it to Western Maryland. Did a wonderful job and is a true gentleman and engaging. I have the highest regard for him.
