Jason is a very professional and caring individual. He listens carefully to your concerns and helps you to make a plan using only ways that will work for you. I needed to settle my brain and he suggested that I go for walks with my dog in nature and just listen to the sights and sounds around me. It worked well. He helped me tremendously.
