This is the first time I can go into a salon and feel very comfortable I knew from the moment I had to unfortunately cancel my first appointment with them and the both of them were very understanding and didn't make me feel horrible. So unprofessional keeps trying to charge my card MULTIPLE TIMES after I canceled far in advance and my initial appt I had rescheduled due to a work conflict. Please don’t book with him. He will nickel and dime you and charges $30+ just for a consultation and adds his own tip then continues to try and charge your card and are now harassing me through phone calls. STOP CHARGING MY CARD FOR NO SERVICES RENDERED!!!!!
