***Edited to reply to Jason*** Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Jason as the selling agent of the home we bought. He does not hold his clients accountable to the contract in place. The property was not well maintained during the 30 day period; no mowing was completed, utilities were shut off before closing, and trash was not taken down to the street on trash day leaving us with full bins while we move in and unpack.
