Hands down worst insurance experience ever. Double charged on a holiday. Asked it to stop they do it anyway. 3 months later they refuse to help. 4 months after trying to bundle my services and they can't get my coverage straight. They over insured a 10 year old car and are making it my fault. Horrid customer support from corporate! Zero stars! Underwriters are evil!
I've had an on going problem with them for the last year and a half where they think they can increase my insurance over 66% without reasoning I can understand rates everywhere increasing. But not by 60%. Especially when I have a good driving record. No tickets or accidents. There's no reason my insurance should be more than my car payment alone.
