I would like to say Dr. Weslosky is a very nice doctor but not consistent neither is his nurses. I went to one of the companies binsons on a list he gave me to make my full length custom orthotics with metatarsal pads. The confusion started about the orthotics being attached to a brace or diabetic shoe and weather insurance would pay.
