Phenomenal doctor! I always thought pain management drs just pushed drugs, which I don’t take, so I never investigated further. I was referred over to Dr. Mulawa for chronic back pain, since then he has done cortisone injections and a radio frequency ablation on my neck and back. Not all drs give cortisone shots well, some hurt like all get out, the ones I’ve had have been the most comfortable ones I’ve had. Terrible doctor. Canceled 2 of my appointments last minute with only 1 hour notice after I'd taking vacation days off work to get in because I'm in such pain. Now I have to find someone else because I can't wait another 2 weeks to get in just to get Canceled again. Pain level is like a 9 and they don't care
This is the best and most compassionate doctor I’ve ever seen. He actually listens and cares about your wellbeing. I wouldn’t see anyone else for pain management.
