He made the home buying process much less overwhelming for us by virtue of both his hard skills (deep knowledge of the Oakland market, steering us around common pitfalls, shepherding us through the process seamlessly) as well as his excellent soft skills (super personable and pleasant, patient in answering our hundreds of questions, going above and beyond by pre-screening properties for us and more). I would not hesitate to strongly recommend working with Jason to others!
Jason helped us buy a home in 2018 in the very competitive and stressful Berkeley housing market. From start to finish, Jason made sure we felt informed and in good hands. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about the area, has many contacts in the field, and maintains a professional and capable attitude throughout the process. We had a wonderful experience!
Working with Jason was both enjoyable and productive. He showed us homes that really fit what we were looking for, and was very honest and knowledgeable about neighborhoods and the market at large. Jason was amazing to work with. As an architect, he is super knowledgeable about the quality and potential of a home and future renovations. As a first time home buyer, he was awesome at answering all my questions and explaining the process. He also recommended great mortgage and insurance people to work with too.
