Kaiser assigned me to Dr Fan in 2016 because my family physician retire. This is his first year with Kaiser. Over the years on my annual physical my experience is that he is always busy typing to that EHR and barely acknowledge me ,maybe he want to finish everything inside the business hour which I cant blame him.
Truly sad I no longer have Kaiser insurance, because finding someone as caring, attentive, and thorough as him is rare. He always took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely supported. Grateful to have been under his care, he set the standard for what great primary care should be.
He was a very good doctor explained in detail every question. I asked great communication, customer service. I have a lot of trust in this doctor. Thank you Kaiser for hiring amazing employees from all levels.
