I’m incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received from Dr. Mensah and Dr. Elammari. They took the time to l review treatment plans that hadn’t worked for me in the past and approached my care with patience, insight, and collaboration. The medication plan was and has been genuinely successful. I can honestly say I’m in the best “place” I’ve been mentally in six years. Their expertise and attentiveness have made a meaningful difference/change in my life. I highly recommend Dr. Mensah’s office.
I would definitely NOT recommend seeing Dr. Mensah. Seeing a psychiatrist is not something that one does for fun. I needed help with a problem that was seriously bothering me. I saw him 3 times. He prescribed me something that did not work well. We talked about it at my last appointment, and he said he would talk to another one of my doctors to figure out something to help that could work alongside my other medications. Been calling for 3 days to reschedule an appointment that I can't make and no one will pick up the phone
Issues every single month getting refills for a medication I’ve been on for years. Can’t get anyone on the phone. Switched to televisits with a provider and I still have to leave work to take a drug test every 3 months to get my medication that I’ve been on refilled?? Makes no sense. Did the test as asked and now they still won’t refill the medication because after a week they don’t have the results 🥲 Left a voicemail asking for an office manager to call back.
