Your scheduler Alexandra is very very rude !!! She needs to lower her tone of voice and not treat people with disrespect on or off the phone she really needs to have more patience for her job or simply retire!!! Please take care of this it really isn't representing your office or your company in a great manner
Was seen on time Dr very pleasant Ms B in receptionist in horrible and rude! I sat over 30min in waiting area to get paperwork for follow up tests at hospital.. Asked her twice...finally just walked out. Questionnaire asks Sexual orientation??? What does that have to do...with visit
Was seen on time Dr very pleasant but wanted extra tests that I don't feel I need at this time just muscle neuropathy due to diabetes so might hold off on ultra sound of veins.
