Dr. Mendelsohn is wonderfully personable, easy to speak with and easy to understand. He explains medical details in language an average person can follow. He is very patient and kind and never rushes our visit. He is very gentle with injections, exam, and procedures! He is very concerned about his patients and their well being. I wish all my doctors were like Dr. Mendelsohn!
Dr. M was off so i had no option but to see Dr.Charles hoping he can help me. I was not very happy with that visit. He pretended to care so he called another doctor . He was on a call with him put him on speaker to talk to me. He was supposed to “ call me”. To make an appointment because “he wanted to help, and cared”. They both made it seem as if i was going to get some help. I thought i was finally going to find a specialist that can help me with my pain. That doctor never called me. He's a nice guy but young, inexperienced, and textbook. I'll be looking for someone new for my grandmother.
