Dr. M was off so i had no option but to see Dr.Charles hoping he can help me. I was not very happy with that visit. He pretended to care so he called another doctor . He was on a call with him put him on speaker to talk to me. He was supposed to “ call me”. To make an appointment because “he wanted to help, and cared”. They both made it seem as if i was going to get some help. I thought i was finally going to find a specialist that can help me with my pain. That doctor never called me. He's a nice guy but young, inexperienced, and textbook. I'll be looking for someone new for my grandmother.
I’ve been a patient for a couple of years now and it’s been so far a great experience. The doctor is attentive and energetic.I def recommend him and the location is super convenient.
Dr.Mendelson is very professional and really cares about you. He listens and answers and questions without feeling rushed and just another patient, but a person. He is very detailed and caring. I always look forward to my visits as he makes me feel comfortable and I know I am in the hands of a caring Doctor. Definitely recommend him.
