I gave high reviews in every category, because the two men working at this office are very good dentists. The dental assistants are attentive and well-versed in the field as well. The reason I will never go back is because of a receptionist named Kim. She has a habit of lying on the phone and hanging up on patients. If you call to ask them a question about the bill, she'll hang up on you. If you call back and ask why she hung up, she'll say, "I didn't."
