Saw Dr Levy on 4/1/24 for toenail Gino. Told him that I didn’t want a crazy expensive medication , something generic. First one was going to cost $600, second one is 400. It needs approval by Dr for insurance to pay. Have been calling since appointment and can’t get a response. I won’t be going back.

I visited Dr Levy in May 2021 for pain in my big toe. Found out it's arthritis and he said I was flat footed and custom orthotics would help. I didn't like the way they present the cost(around$500) and lead me to believe that my insurance would pay for part of it. That aside, I noticed that my feet were hurting worse, so I removed the orthotics and discovered that the hard plastic base of the orthotics were broken on both of them. Dr. Jason Levy is fantastic! I have even run into other people who have used him and say the same. I have brought my mother and have referred clients to him and all love him.
