Every single time I call no one answers the phone... you get a computer that puts you on hold with the most annoying flute music that I have ever heard, so loud, in fact, that turning the volume as low as it goes is still too loud for my hearing aids! When asked by the computer if you want them to call you back, you don't get called back anytime soon... you might as well just get the cattle treatment at the urgent care...😒
Very dismissive and doesn’t seem to want to listen to my concerns. Orders a lot of testing I felt unnecessary. No resolution to my issues.
Hands down best PCP I've ever had. I hope Providence stops overwhelming good doctors like him.

I am 66 years old and had my first appointment with Dr Baker today. I found his staff to be very friendly and professional. Dr Baker was very personable which is hard to find these days. I felt very comfortable discussing my previous health issues with him and I feel confident that we will work well together on any future health issues that come my way.
