This place is the best! I was diagnosed with bladder cancer and Dr. Lai wasted no time getting me into surgery. I have been seen by them for over a year. The staff is fantastic and I have been informed about everything that I have had done. He is very positive every step of the way. Highly recommend this place.
I have seen the reviews for Dr. Lai but our experience was fantastic . Dr. Lai is very well informed and experienced in the field of urology. We met him coincidently when a family member was hospitalized and we decided to follow up with him. Dr. Lai helped us, explained procedures and was very thorough. His attitude was great and talked science, which reflected how well vested he is in his field. Thank you Dr. Lai
Walked in and, wasn’t acknowledged by the staff until after 5 minutes of standing in front of them. Rude staff. Also the chairs look dirty . Thanks PIH for sending me to this dump
