Dr. Kreiner and his staff are professionals. All of his staff, from admins, nurses, PA all the way up to Dr. K, have been an absolute pleasure to be around. Not only is he the best shot in town, he also has great bedside manner. Dr. K has been my doctor since 2018. I highly recommend him for all treatments. I had great results with cervical ablation (after two steroid injections as insurance required) and quite honesty I was going through what everyone in these comments are saying about pain management prior to this opportunity. But because I have MS, no pain doctor would touch me with a ten foot pole (citing my pathology was not proven to benefit). switched to Jason kreiner MD after my previous pain management doctor was no longer in-network, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The appointment felt rushed, bland, and impersonal. I brought my MRI results and clearly explained my medical history, yet he seemed dismissive of my concerns and did not take my treatment preferences seriously. Had trigger injections on July 7, 2025 for back pain, the next week I was in the Boston area on vacation when I started getting extreme pain and spasms in my lower back, I messaged my Nurse Practitioner describing the pain and spasms., soon after I received a message from Dr Jason Kreiner saying that if the shots are not working I should see a surgeon? No compassion and very rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend this Doctor for pain management or for anything else.
